Josh was excellent he went out of his way to make sure he will meet my terms thanks again

I've been dealing with Josh at this State Farm office and I must say he is a delight. I hope you know what an asset you have in Josh. He has been kind and patient with this old lady. Explaining everything as we went along in my insurance needs. He exceeded my expectations and helped me so much. He even offered to meet with me and help me install the SF app so that I could follow my insurance and install my drive safe. To say he has gone of his way too help me is an understatement. He could not have kinder to me. And so so patient. As you get older it's like we become invisible and usually our thoughts and concerns are often just dismissed or just ignored. Especially in a business setting. But not at this State Farm office especially if Josh is your agent. I'm sure his parents are proud of the son they raised. He is polite, courteous and kind. What a fine young man. If all your employees are like him you must have an awesome workplace. I've gushed enough, but I felt like someone needed to know what great example he sets forth for office.
